The Nieuw Amsterdam features include the Silk Den Lounge (with panoramic views over the ocean), a premium wine tasting lounge, the Culinary Arts Center (cooking demonstrations and classes), and an expanded Greenhouse Spa. Dining options include the Tamarind pan-Asian restaurant, Pinnacle Grill, Manhattan Dining Room, Lido Restaurant, Explorations Cafe coffeehouse, and the family-style Canaletto Italian restaurant.
